December 2020 Café Breakout Room Topics (you will be able to select your room during the café):

• TOPIC 1: Apprenticeships - what is the role of apprenticeships in ME? What’s happening in Maine with them? What are people’s experience? What else do we want to know about them? 
  
  
• TOPIC 2: Post-COVID Best Practices & Silver Linings: What’s going well? What are some recent successes? What are some ways you are keeping up morale and positivity?
  
  
• TOPIC 3: Debrief on MCDA Fall Workshop
  
  
• TOPIC 4: Social Justice in Career Development: Does everyone have equal access? What is the role of career service providers in social justice? 

These cafés provide an opportunity for members to network more often throughout the year in a more informal setting than the annual conference and fall workshop and to provide opportunities to share ideas and knowledge.
